- How: Analyzed the complex technical aspects and developed content that presented the features and benefits that the new technology offered. Rephrased the various financial and time saving aspects to appeal to people outside of the industry, and used simple understandable graphic metaphors. Delivered this information via website.

- Challenge: After creating a new branding message, Teikoku Pharma USA needed their website to portray this message.
- How: Working with the Pharma company contacts and their global marketing agency, adapted the design and branding concepts and designed a new website. Performed a competitive analysis in the web space. It was important to get all of the information that TPU provides to potential customers, so kept the subpages interesting in order to engage users to continue through the site.
MonoSol Rx – Conference marketing
- Challenge: MonoSol Rx, a drug delivery company, was attending its first trade show.
- How: We met and conducted interviews with key team members to understand the drug delivery and target audience at the trade show and how MonoSol Rx could benefit the attendees. Designed the booth experience, complete with the booth components and promotional materials.

• Challenge: EmmCare, an Aprimo solution company, was participating in a seminar and wanted promotional and communication materials.
• How we helped: We designed and developed materials for their booth, including pre-promotional materials to generate interest before the show.
• Deliverables included: A promotional video that was used at their booth and later on their website, brochure, pre-promotional e-mail, booth experience, post-show follow up communications.

Strategy & Tactics We fine-tuned their competitive strengths and market positioning during the development of the website content, design and copywriting, and SEO process. It was determined that the company should conduct seminars featuring a niche we discovered during the research process. CLI was asked promote seminars, which included the design and copywriting for direct mail, e-mail campaigns, and mini-site.
