Customer Experience – Content Marketing


The content marketing videos appeared on Amore Jewelry Design YouTube Channel, website, Google My Business, Facebook Business, Instagram Business and on Pinterest. The marketing intent was to provide valuable content to enhance a customer buying experience both online and in the physical store.

CLI’s intent was to build trust by educating and bringing the customer through the decision-making process.

Also, by providing the customer a positive experience we encouraged them to share a review on Google My Business, social media and word of mouth.

In the physical store QR codes linked to content videos were displayed near jewelry showcases for customers to watch in store and cards with QR codes linked to each content video were handed out for customer to take with them.

Counter Top Displays were also used to create trust by educating and bringing the customer through the decision-making process.

This use of technology was used to target those of jewelry buying demographic, who grew up with internet technology. All content was imagined and created exclusively by CLI.
